Pleading Not Guilty
Surprisingly enough, Hernandez-Gonzalez chose not to plead guilty to the charges levied against him. Because of this, the investigation is still ongoing, but given the amount of money involved in the incident, it’s highly likely that this one will be swept under the rug anytime soon.
