Most hotel guests aren’t aware of this, but hotel maids don’t work 24/7 and often clock out by 5:30. So, if you want to request something from housekeeping, it’s best that you ask for it earlier in the day. That “fresh” towel you plan on asking for later in the evening probably isn’t as fresh as you’d like it to be.
