Brooke Shields was only 14 when she starred in this Castaway-esque film alongside heartthrob Christopher Atkins. Two stranded teens come of age and fall in love on a deserted island, and the film was risque for its time because Shields walked around topless for most of her scenes. It's stood the test of time, though, because there have been several remakes.
