Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal, "Love & Other Drugs"
Though "Love & Other Drugs" is full of sex scenes, one that particularly stood out to Hathaway was when her character accidentally stripped in front of Gyllenhaal's character's friend. She prepared a little too well during rehearsals, though. She removed her trenchcoat and accidentally revealed that she was completely nude underneath to a room full of people.
