Paramedics by Day, Snow Shovelers by Night
The fire and paramedic department of Greenfield, Wisconsin got a call one day during the winter that an elderly man had fallen. The man was shoveling his driveway and began to have a heart attack. The paramedics responded promptly and took the man to the hospital to receive medical attention. Although their job was finished, the medics and firemen returned to the man’s home and finished shoveling his entire driveway while he received medical care.
