Not to make you worry or anything, but pilots aren’t always experienced. It doesn’t make them, nor the flight any worse, though, so there’s that. It’s just that they haven’t just logged as many hours as others. This usually happens when big airlines subcontract pilots if any of the ones employed by them are unavailable.
