F1 Announces Dutch Grand Prix Return

After 35 years, the Dutch GP will return to the Formula 1 calendar in 2020.

Zandvoort, on the North Sea coast, was a mainstay of the calendar during F1’s first four decades, but it last held a Grand Prix in 1985.

This announcement is especially exciting for 21-year-old Red Bull driver, Max Verstappen, who is from the country, essentially giving him his first home race. Verstappen has cultivated quite the following and his fans have travel all over Europe to see him in action.
