The Provisions
Obviously, this was a huge project for one guy to tackle. While he hasn't built it alone, all of the money is coming out of his pocket. Despite all of the naysayers, Beach now knows that he will be safe in the event of a nuclear attack. He's got enough provisions to feed 500 people and a sturdy enough shelter to keep everyone safe.
