The Operator Claims Innocence
In an angering twist of events, the operator still claims innocence in the situation. When she was asked if she regretted how she handled the situation, she said, “In the conditions… Let’s say it was inappropriate.” She then went on to say, “We are constantly under pressure… I can be two or three hours hanging on my phone, I have no time to get up…” People were furious.
