The babies were delivered in California on December 12th, 2016. As nervous was Jessica was, Mrs. Liu was even more nervous. Jessica even recalls trying to calm her down! Jessica had to get a c-section due to complications with the twins, so Mrs. Liu was in the operating room with her.
