Structurally Sound
After completing the concrete roof-covering, Wayne continued to add more cinder blocks to the entrance. A secure and sound structure seemed to be the most important feature of Wayne’s project–no corners were getting cut here. His neighbors began to sense that the end of the project was near, and they were still trying to figure out just what he was building with his hole in the ground.
