Her Own Creations
These student-made outfits are not the only ones that she wears! Castlebury is known for creating her own outfits in order to showcase what the kids will be learning that day. “The interactive dresses, costumes, and/or outfits create a tool that inspires the kids to want to learn and interact with learning, no matter what it entails.” For this particular outfit, she writes, “I am focusing on the basics of the foundations of reading by starting with Our sounds, then our words and lastly the beauty of creating sentences.”
