Couey Got an Early Release
In 1991, Couey was arrested and charged with fondling a five-year-old. He only received a short sentence and was released early due to current laws that helped him get out despite his disgusting charges. Despite that he was twice convicted of assaulting children, he was not monitored after he was let out.
