Despite the arrest, however, police were still unable to link Robert Owens to the disappearance of Zebb Quinn on the evening of January 2nd, 2000. However, Asheville police still firmly believe that Owens is a major factor in finding out what had happened to Zebb and will not stop to search for clues until they find real answers.
