Who better to serve up some classic fish and chips than the British chef himself? Gordon Ramsay, best known for his ruthless takes in the kitchen and gourmet meals, is opening up his own fish and chips restaurant in Orlando, Florida's ICON Park later this year. This will be Ramsay's first restaurant that isn't located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He's been trending on TikTok through the pandemic for harshly judging home chef's creations, and now fans will have a chance to eat a dish prepared by the master himself.
Ramsay took to Instagram to share the announcement, and his caption read: "I’m so excited to announce that @gordonramsayfishandchips is heading to #Orlando ! That’s right this summer I’m bringing #FishandChips to @iconparkorlando !! Can’t wait Gx." Ramsay has other Fish and Chips spots in Las Vegas, but this is his first opening ever in the sunny state of Florida. ICON Park is the obvious choice for the grand opening considering it's home to other celebrity-owned restaurants and entertainment areas.
Along with Blake Shelton's Ole Red restaurant, the observation wheel, and several gourmet bars, Chef Ramsay will be in good company. Menu items include "fish and chips (duh!) and other fast-casual dishes like shrimp, chicken, and milkshakes. One milkshake, the Sticky Toffee Shake, is even garnished with a Biscoff cookie. Fish & Chips will also include ice-cold domestic and import beer for guests 21 and older," according to Delish. If that gets your mouth watering, just wait until you can stop by in person.
