It features ten commandments for "an Age of Reason", written in eight different languages. However, these commandments don't align with the original—one of the controversial carvings reads, "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature"—but it is unclear who paid for the construction of the monument, or what it stands for.
