British bobsledder Gillian Cooke definitely takes the cake when it comes to the coldest outfit fail on this list, if not ever. As you can see, she just suddenly ripped her pants, and this was right before they hit the course during the 2010 World Championships which was held in Switzerland.
Despite the wardrobe failure, she and her partner still managed to get 7th place and were able to qualify for the Vancouver Winter Olympics later that year.
