Organizers of the Arts Relief Fund encourage both groups and individuals to apply for grans, and funds will be awarded based on need. The goal is to distribute funds twice a month, depending on the amount of funds that come in.
The Arts Council also stated that it was one of the storefronts most impacted by the violent Greenville protests last month. Gallery windows are boarded up, and oragnizers have invited Black and POC artists to share work on the wooden panels.
Donations can be made online, and information for applicants is available on the relief fund site. There is currently no end date in sight as long as patrons continue to donate to the organization.
