Bomb Squad Training
Army troops were training for bomb squad and safety proceedings to prepare for the D-Day invasions. The nervous-looking soldiers behind the instructor with the wooden stick are about to engage in a practice using live explosives, hence the “DANGER LIVE BOMBS” sign.
