Back in New York, she was charged with grand larceny, attempted grand larceny and theft of services. She tried to reach a plea deal but the judge rejected it. The judge offered Delvey three to nine years in jail, which Delvey and her team rejected. They ended up taking it to court with Justice Diane Kiesel.
