After the removal of the neighborhood, they began to make the Boeing 737’s at the plant until they shifted production to the neighboring site. In the 80s, the site was used as a machine shop but then fell flat as society grew and the things they manufactured moved to newer and more modern facilities. After a while, the structure was decaying due to lack of use. In 2010, they began to tear it down.
