When basketball great LeBron James returned to Cleveland he no longer needed a Miami home; it hit the market in October 2014 with a list price of $17 million, later slashed to $15 million. The 16,700-square-foot waterfront mansion features an infinity pool and docking for two 60-foot yachts. James paid $9 million in November 2010 for the property in the Coconut Grove neighborhood, which has also been home to Madonna and Sylvester Stallone. Sources tell Forbes the home is under contract; the sale has not yet closed, according to the property listing.
