And by ‘sketchy’ I mean fake. The CEO and park founder Gene Mulvihill pled guilty to setting up a fake insurance company in the Cayman Islands. It was used as a front since no other company would insure the place. He was fined $300,000 and was to sell the park in a plea deal. He never did.
