Wasn’t Looking Good
Since the brain stem is so delicate, the tumor’s placement was dangerous for her development. In fact, the tumor was basically attacking her central nervous system, making things extra complicated. Doctors told the Masciantonio’s that Gianna was not going to live for much longer. The couple checked her into hospice care to make her last days comfortable.
