What is hard to grasp for some people is that despite Katie’s looks and disabilities, she is still a child and acts as such. “Katie’s happy. She loves to do most anything that any other kid could possibly do her age. She just loves life, loves to be playing. She also has a little devious side to her, where she tries to boobie trap the house to see if we can make us fall. She tries to throw things at us. She just finds it hilarious,” her mother says.
