Her tape, titled "Linnea Quickley's Horror Workout," features the actress decked out in an outfit akin to David Bowie's character in "The Labyrinth." During her workout, she encounters zombies, who she then invites to take part in poolside aerobics. It was relatively successful simply because of its uniqueness.
