Apparently, Ratelband had a plan to appeal the specific reasons the judge offered in the explanation of his choice to reject Ratelband’s age change. Ratelband, ever optimistic, said he expected for his appeal to be heard in the following months. The entire ordeal resulted in a variety of mixed reactions.
