9. Stay away from the internet 24 hours once per week
With the world as connected as it is today, your mental health could use some rest. Sure, the internet is great and all, but our lives could be so much better if we only used it sparingly.
It won’t be easy and can make for some awkward moments, but you’ll be blown away by just how much more connected and alive you’ll feel when you plug off the internet and give your loved ones your undivided attention.
