11. Do something that absolutely terrifies you
Darren Hardy once said that you can be a coward 99.9305556% of the time, and be courageous only for 20 seconds, so you better make those 20 seconds count.
Make that call. Ask that question. Post that funny video. Speak up. Face your fears for 20 seconds every day and before you know, you’ll find yourself in a much different social situation.
