Susan Sarandon
Long before she was considered as one of the ultimate MILFs of Hollywood, Sarandon was the dream girl of every guy back in the 70s. She would make her debut in the 1970 film Joe and went on to star in the cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show in 1975.
She has earned five Emmy’s for her various roles in TV and films and was even appointed the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador back in 1999.
