You May Not Be Able to Eat With Your Family Right Now, But You Can Eat with Massimo

When you're home alone and the only thing that you want to do is share some intimate moments with another human being, Massimo Bottura will be there for you.

Tons of celebrity chefs have turned to social media to keep their clout rolling. Everyone at the Bon Appetit crew has been incessantly posting on both YouTube and Instagram about their above averagely well-stocked kitchens and their meticulous, scientific approach to cooking even at home.

Isn't that a little intimidating? Don't you wish that there was a master chef out there that doesn't say that having a stand mixer, hand-forged knives, a pour-over set, and imported za'atar are kitchen essentials? Stop paying (literally PAYING) attention to chefs that make you feel inadequate, and instead, invest your time in someone that shares the same clumsy childhood wonder about food that you do.

Spend some time watch Massimo Bottura's Instagram live series: Quarantine Kitchen.

For those who don't know, Massimo Bottura is the chef-owner of Osteria Francescana, which has been named the best restaurant in the world every year since 2-18. He has 3 Michelin stars, and somehow he has managed to be one of the kindest, fun-loving, accepting, patient, and philanthropic chefs out there.

However, watching his Instagram series wouldn't make you think that. His Insta Live sessions are mostly just him throwing olive oil around, talking to his daughter (who doubles as his director of photography), and cooking fun, nutritious meals for his loved ones.

If you want to learn how to cook like Massimo, invest in his Masterclass series. If you want to smile ear to ear and not feel so alone amid all this craziness, watch Quarantine Kitchen.
