Hungry Hippos

Hippos are actually extremely vicious creatures. Weighing in anywhere between 3,300-4,500 pounds, they have killed more peoply annually than most other predators in Africa. During a safari boat tour, for example, a woman's canoe capsized and she was pulled under by a hippo. Luckily, the tour guide grabbed her hand just in time and she narrowly escaped a brutal demise.
