A photographer based in Los Angeles has used his craft to help animals get adopted. He’s photographed for numerous animal shelters and rescue groups. Although, this time around, he’s asking for help for the cats over at Milo’s Sanctuary, which is a special needs cat rescue shelter.
After seeing an increasing number of blind cats and kittens at the shelter, the photographer decided to do a series of shoots with the blind cats as his subject.
Milo’s Sanctuary was more than happy to oblige.
Milo’s Sanctuary & Special Needs Cat Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) founded on the belief that all cats deserve a second chance at life. More so for those who’re seniors, have terminal illnesses, have been abused and have physical disabilities. All Milo’s cats receive appropriate medical care and attention for them to live the best quality of life possible.
Milo’s Sanctuary relies solely on donations to continue their mission, which is to help special needs cats and kittens that would’ve otherwise died after being left on their own on the streets or in other shelters.
Any amount of donation is welcome, even $1.00 can make a huge difference. The whole organization is all-volunteer and no one receives a salary. All donations are also tax deductible.
